With our online service of delivering hair extensions, we aim to provide fast, simple, and high-quality products straight to your door, hassle-free. Our in-store hair weaving service hopes to leave you feeling refreshed, deeply satisfied, and confident with your new head of gorgeous hair! Service Disclaimer

As a standard we recommend applying 2 strips of hair per row, however, if you request it we can give you 3 or more strips per row. This means that the hair requires more care and maintenance. The hair can be curled and straightened, as it is 100% human hair, we recommend using heat protecting spray to maintain healthy hair. Extensions require more care than your natural hair as it does not have a source of natural oil protecting it, so hair serum is recommended, apply when hair is damp then thoroughly dry the hair. If you use hair products that are not recommended and the hair becomes dry, tangled, and damaged it is not the fault of the producers or Elegant. To ensure your hair is well-maintained, please follow the advice provided and follow the dos and don'ts on our 'Q&A' page.

Shipping and Returns

The standard flat-rate for shipping is £5 for ANY order size. Your parcel will be posted first class with Royal Mail. Please note that this is not a tracked service. We will aim to bring your order to the post office on the same day or next few working days. Please allow 2-7 working days for your order to arrive. If you have any disputes on your order not arriving or if your parcel is damaged on delivery, please contact us. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
